What there is at Tunstall That feel-good feeling to help people who need it Great training and onboarding to the team Amazing and supportive leaders Purpose of the role We currently have a position available in our client-focused Customer Service team who are looking for another customer service star to be a part of their unified and diverse team, that offers phone support to a wonderful group of clients, responding to their needs and enquiries relating to general support, alarm installations and fault resolution troubleshooting. The role is worked full-time between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There’s no weekend or evening work and some remote hybrid working opportunities are available once fully trained for employees that have the right equipment and internet. Responsibilities Respond to incoming telephone calls and emails Ascertain the nature of client requests and address them accordingly Process installations of medical alarm units that are connected to our Response Centre Provide first-level fault support troubleshooting to clients experiencing alarm issues Update client database to ensure that information is correct Data entry The successful candidates will have: Engaging 'people person' with the ability to demonstrate empathy and patience Proven experience in customer service and exceptional listening skills Excellent resilience and can-do attitude Ability to think on your feet and make decisions Computer literate, ability to pick up new systems quickly and high attention to detail Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to resolve issues with clients, leaders and peers Why us?
