We are a dedicated team of organisational development professionals that works with the NSW Public Sector Capability Framework and partner with the sector to define and develop evolving capabilities for high performance. About the role As an Advisor in the Capability Design Team, you will support the design and delivery of policies and programs that are aligned to PSC?s strategic focus of ? Capability for high performance? Our team?s immediate priorities include: Review of the core Capability Framework and related tools to ensure they are contemporary and relevant Design and delivery of sector wide capability uplift programs with a focus on Uplifting people manager capabilities to optimise team performance Uplifting the strategic capability of sector HR professionals Facilitate cross sector collaboration and capability uplift through professional networking and best practice sharing across a range of professions. As we adopt a collaborative and iterative approach to our work, you will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with Agency HR professionals to understand sector needs and gather feedback that informs the design and delivery of our programs. This role will enable you to develop your experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, co-design and facilitation, research and analysis, and procurement. About you We are looking for someone with: Experience researching, delivering and embedding L&OD programs/ initiatives and related policies, tools and frameworks. The ability to understand and apply effective project management approaches to design and deliver sector wide programs. A commitment to learning, the ability to self-reflect and keep up to date with relevant contemporary knowledge and practices Relevant experience that enables you to research, analyse and consider sector needs and make practical recommendations based on relevant evidence. Relevant experience in the design and delivery of practical evidence-based learning solutions and resources To find out more, view the Role Description .
