During the Industry Women in Construction Program you will: Attend an initial 2-week pre-employment training program that will: Pay you an hourly rate for attending Introduce you to what it is like to work on a Construction project Provide you with the essential knowledge and skills for the Construction industry and major projects. Be given an opportunity to receive a permanent job. Study and learn - complete your qualification by attending classroom training 1 day a month, whilst you learn on the job and are paid.
