Voltex Electrical is searching for a diligent and responsible Warehouse Optimisation and Cleaning Leader to join our team. We take pride in our work and are looking for a dedicated person to help us maintain a clean and organised workspace Responsibilities As the Distribution Centre Optimisation Leader, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a "White Glove Test" clean and hygienic environment across the facilities including: Shine and sustain all aspects of the facility and equipment Process trash removal and corrugated scraps with a compactor Operate a floor sweeper, floor scrubber and other equipment Perform daily cleaning tasks in the warehouse including sweeping, mopping and sanitizing surfaces Clean and maintain office spaces, including vacuuming, dusting and disinfecting common areas Report any maintenance issues, damages or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel Perform other duties as required or assigned Requirements Available Mon-Fri Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines Flexibility to adapt to changing cleaning needs Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Benefits Monday to Friday Work Schedule Optimal Work/Life balance.
