Tertiary qualification in computer science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or equivalent (and extensive relevant experience). Minimum 5 of experience in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions for complex IT systems, including Dynamics CRM, Finance and / or HR systems. Conduct integration impact assessments, creating integration designs (both high-level and detailed), defining testing approaches for integration (specifically API / SSIS / .Net / eForm / ETL), and planning and execution for system decommissioning. Strong understanding of REST architectural style, RESTful APIs and RESTful Web Services. Define, design, develop, test and deploy API's. Hands on experience in programming integration packages and solutions using the MS Azure technology environment including: o Proficiency in Azure services. o Proficiency in programming languages like C# and PowerShell. Hands on experience in replacing legacy integration components from different technologies. Apply secure coding practices/processes to ensure solutions delivered are secure and robust. Understand and code against detailed application architecture documents. Strong understanding of integration software and change management. Create and review technical/release documentation. Ability to lead and experience facilitating workshops with both technical and non-technical members. Strong technical knowledge, critical thinking, problem solving and analysis skills. Ability to identify risks and issues, propose solutions and analyse impacts. Ability to initiate, influence, and maintain positive productive relationships. Experience in a higher education setting is desirable, but not essential.
