The Role Key tasks and responsibilities of this role: Assist Business Development Manager in day-to day duties Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders including clients, developers and settlement agents Sales file submission checks for wholesale deals Job tracking and assistance in sales reporting Ad hoc administrative duties as required You To be considered for this role you must possess: Previous experience in a similar role e.g. Sales Administration, Contracts Admin Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer literacy and proficiency High attention to detail and able to prioritise workload Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced in environment High level of initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability and drive to follow through with required actions Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite Good level of knowledge and passion for the residential building industry Strong alignment to ABN Group’s values – Authentic, Passion, Leadership, Excellence, Relentless and Fun.
