The Role: Here at Symbion, we have an awesome opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our amazing Pharmacy team. Based out of our Greystanes office and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer support to internal and external customers, ensuring inbound enquiries and requests are met in a timely manner and handled with a sense of urgency and care. All calls and issues will be logged using our system, hence your attention to detail and ability to either use or pick up new processes and systems will be critical to your success. What's exciting about this role is that it provides a great entry level opportunity for someone to develop their Customer Service skills within a large, reputable company and create pathways for an exciting career in Customer Service. Full training and support from both your manager and colleagues will be provided. What you will do: Taking inbound customer enquiries; Assisting the wider business with ad hoc queries; Data entry; Build trusting and lasting relationships with internal and external customers; Ensure customer issues or repeat incidents are captured & resolved; Work collaboratively with all departments; Assist the Customer Service Manager as required. What we are looking for: Previous experience working within a high touch customer service role essential; Exceptional communication and customer service skills; Ability to think on your feet to resolve issues in a timely manner; Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your time to achieve outcomes; Ability to build relationships based on trust and being respectful; Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to support your team.
