We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) client in Kenwick. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in warehouse and logistics operations, coupled with extensive knowledge of customer service and client management. Key Responsibilities: Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns. Utilise your expertise in logistics and warehouse operations to address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide timely updates to clients regarding order status and shipment tracking. Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and best practices. Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay updated on industry trends and best-in-class practices. About You: Previous warehouse and logistics experience is a must. Demonstrated expertise in customer service and client management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficienct in using customer service software and tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Commitment to ongoing training and development. A passion for ensuring client satisfaction and driving results. This role will begin on a Temporary contract with expected full time hours, with the view to grow into a Permanent full time opportunity.
