A position within the Adelaide Infrastructure, Construction and Property team offers the opportunity to learn from the best around Australia. Our client base is diverse comprising Owners and Developers, Tier 1 Contractors, Suppliers and Manufacturers, and Government and Local Councils across many sectors including land, health, education, energy and transport. Our national team has worked on, and continues to work on, all of the major deals which define and continue to change the built landscape of Australia. MinterEllison's PIC team has been the lead advisor on numerous nationally significant construction and infrastructure projects and disputes. We are focussed on providing end-to-end legal support on infrastructure projects – from project structuring, advice on procurement options, financing, tender strategy, contract documentation and negotiation through to contract administration and dispute resolution. Your Role A great opportunity currently exists for an experienced construction lawyer at Associate level to join the team in our Adelaide office. This role is front end with a focus on property development and energy work and major infrastructure projects. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate solid front end / transactional construction and procurement experience. This work involves early stage advisory work, drafting and negotiating documents for property development works and infrastructure projects As a member of our national team you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to renewable energy projects, major projects and infrastructure and large scale property development projects . We would like to hear from Associates who are experienced and interested in the following range of work: documentation from tender to construction for: property development projects; major works and infrastructure projects; and renewable energy and resources projects; legal and commercial advisory work and issues resolution on complex projects.
