We are focussed on providing end-to-end legal support on infrastructure projects – from project structuring, advice on procurement options, financing, tender strategy, contract documentation and negotiation through to contract administration and dispute resolution. Your Role A great opportunity currently exists for an experienced construction lawyer at Associate level to join the team in our Adelaide office. This role is front end with a focus on property development and energy work and major infrastructure projects. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate solid front end / transactional construction and procurement experience. This work involves early stage advisory work, drafting and negotiating documents for property development works and infrastructure projects As a member of our national team you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to renewable energy projects, major projects and infrastructure and large scale property development projects . We would like to hear from Associates who are experienced and interested in the following range of work: documentation from tender to construction for: property development projects; major works and infrastructure projects; and renewable energy and resources projects; legal and commercial advisory work and issues resolution on complex projects.
