About the Role: Our client is in need of an experienced Customer Service Representative with Import and Export Experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Fill in for all customer service roles during absences. Reception Coverage (Answering & directing phone calls, general Reception coverage duties as requested by the receptionist). Export/ Import documentation. Domestic Sales Desk (processing orders, arranging Truck transport). Answering General Customer service questions via phone/email/ fax etc. Meeting KPI's set out by the Customer Service Manager. Any other duties as requested by your manager. Skills and Attributes Required: Professional and enthusiastic. Minimum of 2 years shipping and international logistics experience. Must have Import and Export Experience Great communication skills and the ability to problem solve. Can multitask and decipher what tasks need to be done first. Good organizational and administrative skills. Can work quickly with Attention to detail and be process driven. A desire to build a long-term career within our organization. Possess a high level of customer service and be Customer focused Advanced in Microsoft Word and Excel.
