This role can either be an office role, or field role - you get to choose About the role: You will be working across the Level 2 and Level 3 space as and when needed, and being a client liaison. Supporting Endpoints, Servers and Networks. Configure, troubleshoot and remediate issues with firewalls, network switches, virtual infrastructure and more. Provide remote support of servers, desktops, applications, and cloud services in Microsoft-based environments.
