You will join a division who build exceptional homes that both align with the diverse lifestyle preferences of their customers, and who deliver on unparalleled design and construction quality for their product. Your primary goal is simple - You will nurture leads by prospecting, servicing and engaging with inquiries to sell to prospective clients who are looking to purchase their most important assets, a home You’ll be the linchpin between the show home office, and the wider division, entrusted with being the name and face to all prospective clients, overseeing the entire sales process, and being there to offer support on this important journey of purchasing a home. Your unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, will be a critical part of building client relationships, and ultimately securing the contract. Based at the show home office, located at Box Hill and reporting to the Sales Manager you will be trusted with: Building relationships with clients face to face, over the phone, and email Generating and managing leads and the CRM system proactively Assisting customers to find their perfect home design Networking and building rapport with customers. Managing and keeping allocated display homes in a professional and responsible manner Managing the opening and closing of your allocated display homes About you: Previous experience in fast-paced sales role.
