Ideal role for someone w/ previous exp as a team manager & a real estate sales background, looking to take a step back from the day to day sales The Role This role is a key position reporting to the Chief Operating Officer for Highland, in managing the wider team of sales agents across all the Highland offices. This role will be the go-to for supporting, guiding, and training all of our Sales Agents and Sales Support Staff throughout their careers. This role is required to travel between our Double Bay office and Sutherland Shire offices reguarly. Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage the sales agents and their teams, reporting issues and raising requests directly to the COO Alongside the CEO, COO & CFO, meet with all agents quarterly to discuss performance and future progression Conduct the training of all new Sales agents and sales support staff and arrange coaching sessions Oversee the activity and performance of the agents and present reporting on the same for the COO & CEO via AgentBox Liaise directly with the HR Team in relation to the timings and onboarding of new Sales staff Coordinate with the COO in day-to-day operational tasks including filtering requests that can be actioned by this role and escalating only necessary items to the COO Be the “go to” for all AgentBox related training, questions and database management, as well as overseeing the offshore AgentBox team Build database and digital strategy in combination with our marketing team, through agentbox – effectively adapt agentbox to a multi office network Review and streamline processes and systems to improve efficiency. Research and implement new systems and processes if indicated Travel between all offices (including interstate to our QLD office) as required in order to develop and maintain effective and communicative relationships with all the Sales Agents and teams Work with relevant teams on new office set up incl liaising with the IT team in relation to technical set up, database issues and system accesses for sales agents In order to be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience working in a supervisory/team leader role within the property industry Demonstrated understanding of how to meet targets and KPIs Real Estate Licence Required Understanding of how to effectively manage and develop people Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work well under pressure Strong confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly Strong attention to detail & follow up skills The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment Be presentable in a corporate environment A bit about Highland Listed on REB as the 1 Sales Office in Australia in 2023, Highland truly are a trusted and leading real estate agency in the Sutherland Shire.
