Leads the sales team in Melbourne | Leading and well-known solar/ESS distributor | Uncapped commission | Located in Dandenong Position Objectives: My client is fast expanding and renewable distributer. Due to expansion they are looking for Sales Manager in VIC. The Sales Manager oversees the revenue and profitability of their designated region by interacting with customers, suggesting sales initiatives, and establishing both short and long-term sales plans. The Sales Managers, ensuring customer satisfaction and market growth within the state. The main focus of the role is to assess and apply effective sales methods to boost sales in the VIC state. Key Duties and Responsibilities Achieves the State’s revenue and profitability quotas while establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to the customers. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with Sales and Revenue KPIs. Leads the Account Managers/ Sales Representatives and Sales Admins, inclusive of managing performance and coaching. Responsible for the State’s forecasting and sales tracking. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of State sales and profitability. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key Create State’s sales plans and quotas in alignment with KPIs. Prepare and devise Report on State sales results. Requirements A minimum of 5 years of prior B2B sales experience and 5 years in leadership roles. Proven track record of consistently meeting company performance targets. Skill in reading and creating reports, financial statements, and market analyses. Willingness to travel regularly. Strong drive to achieve sales goals. Effective at negotiating and leading teams.
