We have the perfect role for you Site-Based role in Mosman, Sydney: We seek a talented and dedicated Contract Administrator / Project Engineer to join the business permanently. The initial Project is a $20m mega home. Role: As a Contract Administrator / Project Engineer, you will be crucial in supporting the Project Manager and Site Manager in managing the cost, overseeing trades, and managing the design scope of the $20 million architectural mansion. Your responsibilities will include cost reporting to the client and internal team every month, managing consultants, and ensuring that all variations are captured and signed off. Design Coordinating and management up and downstream. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in contract administration and project engineering. While procure experience is preferred, it is not essential. High-end residential experience is preferred, commercial experience will be considered.
