Read on The Role Reporting to Head of Administrator Services, this role is responsible for relationship management of Insignia key strategic partners and to provide support and guidance for business stakeholders to comply with regulatory and policy guidelines as they apply to outsourcing. It is an excellent opportunity to utilise your solid relationship management and reporting skills. Key Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact for Insignia Key Strategic Partner (Client) and Insignia in all matters related to Insignia's administration of the fund Maintain excellent relationships and work on a collaborative basis with internal and external stakeholders Manage the annual audit and annual compliance plan review of the fund. Chair and facilitate regular operational, planning and performance meetings between the parties Maintain business as usual workflow with general queries, client trouble-shooting and incident identification, resolution and rectification. Liaise with both parties on legislative, process, system changes Educating the client on system and product changes Ensuring projects and product enhancements initiated by Insignia or the client are executed effectively Managing/overseeing execution of communications and product material Identifying opportunities to improve processes and client experience Provide operational risk/regulatory compliance subject matter expertise in the identification of outsourcing related risks Assist in the preparation of Board reporting on status, health and impacts of Insignia Group Outsourcing arrangements Consult with business stakeholders and advise on Boards, Regulatory and outsourcing diligence requirements Involvement in risk profiling, event management, assurance reviews, audits and other risk frameworks Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders through workshops, meetings and training to understand risk accountabilities in relation to outsourcing and supplier management To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess: Proven experience in similar role managing corporate clients or within Supplier Management/Governance Working knowledge of Regulatory standards and obligations relating to Outsourcing, Offshoring and Cloud computing Superannuation or Banking experience is essential Preparation of board level reports Ability to interpret and apply policies and obligations against the Outsourcing Framework Solid Analytical skills and ability to report data in a meaningful manner Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to recommend solutions and apply analytical and problem solving skills Benefits Development opportunities at an ASX top 200 company A professional, supportive and friendly culture A range of corporate and lifestyle benefits The Business Insignia Financial is one of Australia's leading wealth management organisations, undertaking a rapid and exciting transformation.
