We are looking for someone who is able to motivate and lead a passionate sales team to deliver on your States P&L, whilst accelerating and building strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders What You Can Expect - Lead a team of On Premise and Retail field sales professionals - Partner and grow commercial key state based On Premise and retailer groups - Coach to develop capability of direct reports - Lead execution excellence of field based sales and marketing programs - Build influential internal and external partnerships - Deliver on your state quarterly and yearly performance targets and manage set budgets What you will bring to the table - Minimum five years experience in a selling environment - 5 years people management - Experience within on premise channel preferred - Strong People management capability - Experience in managing key accounts - Tertiary qualification in a business related field - Drinks Industry experience Who We Are We believe great people build great brands.
