About the opportunity: We're on the lookout for an Advancement Business Systems Administrator to join our dynamic Advancement team. Here, we cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with our external communities, including alumni, donors, former staff, honorary appointees, and friends of UC. As the Advancement Business Systems Administrator, you'll play a vital role in nurturing and strengthening relationships through the use of data. As a subject matter expert in Advancement technologies, you'll be at the forefront of our mission. Your specialisation will revolve around Raiser's Edge NXT, our alumni and fundraising CRM, and its associated technologies. From maintaining user access and security to responsibility for timely and reliable transfer of data between systems, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our systems operating seamlessly. Meticulous data management will be your forte, ensuring the quality and integrity of our information. You'll craft meaningful reports and insights that drive our engagement and fundraising efforts to new heights and will be the guide for our advancement endeavours.
