About the role Lead our core engineering team, consisting of 10 full-stack engineers. Use your technical experience to help kick off major product enhancements and contribute to design decisions. Code review the work of your team members. Mentor your team, helping them to grow technically and professionally. Convert ideas to products and features in a highly collaborative environment. Participate in the recruitment of engineers. About You 8 years of software development experience. Presentable achievements in work history. 3 years experience leading an engineering team. Experience working with other crafts - Product, Management, and Design. You have previously mentored or managed others, and enjoy helping junior engineers to advance their skills. You deeply understand the platforms and libraries you use. Your CV is full of achievements you are proud of. You are concise, clear, and courteous in your communication. You are curious and innovative. You take calculated risks and are not afraid of failure. Technical skills C# or Java (C# preferred). TypeScript/JavaScript. SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, or similar relational databases. Any of the cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud (Azure strongly preferred). Bonus: Python, R, Rust, Node.js exposure. Why Displayr?
