Your Role: As a Casual Barista and Events Assistant , you will support our Clubhouse team in creating a smooth and memorable experience for our members. This role also works alongside the Civic Quarter Business Centre, providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests. Your Day to Day: Flaunt your flair for collaboration by assisting the team with all elements of daily operations This includes: Making consistently amazing coffee within our popular cafe space. Forming authentic connections within our community of friendly members. Utilising your keen eye for detail to ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the cafe, clubhouse and business centre. Supporting with administrative tasks; including management of our Hub CQ inbox, mail distribution, sign in procedures and other aligned duties. Lending a helpful hand with events and meetings; set up/pack down, distributing catering, troubleshooting tech, taking beverage orders. Providing warm welcomes and helpful assistance from the Welcome Desk when required. Most importantly, you'll embody our values and ethos with pride; consistently conveying a Collaborative, Adaptable, Resourceful, Accountable & Beyond Profit approach to every day About you: Flexible availability Monday - Friday. Morning availability is a strong advantage. A minimum of 1 year barista experience, with basic latte art skills. A genuine passion for customer service, always willing to go above and beyond for members, Team first attitude, but also happy to work independently when needed. Confident answering phones, emails and messages.
