Role Title: Administration Support Officer Duration: Until March 2024 Possible Extensions Pay: Up to $42.26 per hour Super Hours of Work: 9AM - 4.30 PM, Monday - Friday Location: Campbelltown This is an exciting opportunity for a junior administrator to join a leading NSW Government Agency This role will be responsible for various customer service and administrative tasks. Key Accountabilities: Maintaining accurate data records in a customer management system to ensure that enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner Maintaining accurate data records and data entry to ensure that enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner Answer and triage any phone calls into the office Essential Experience: Demonstrated experience within an administration, receptionist or call centre role Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously following process and instructions in order to complete tasks with minimal supervision Note: This role is based full time in the office and may also require to attend the Parramatta office on occasion.
