Job Description Whether you are just starting your career in logistics or are an experienced practitioner we can tailor to role to suit your needs. Reporting to Office Supervisor the position includes the following responsibilities: Able to fulfil sales order updates and processing, shipment and SPO completion in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Accurately update and document the linehaul spreadsheet with complete details. Send details to drivers / contractors and communicate requirements Debrief all linehaul associated paperwork and upload in our financial system (SAP) Accurate completion of all required reports within allocated timeframes, including but not limited to, exception reporting, SPO reporting and shipment reporting. Reports all incidents, hazards and nears misses immediately to Supervisor and completes the incident report book details. Conduct yourself in a manner that ensures SCT is recognized as safe, reliable and a quality supplier of related services. Desire to upskill across other areas of the business to ensure optimum coverage of business requirements. Desired Skills and Experience The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Essential Drivers Licence Transport industry working knowledge or prepared to learn Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Can do attitude Desirable Certificate IV – Business Administration or Transport & Logistics or equivalent Previous experience & knowledge of warehouse and rail transport industries SAP Experience Other important information We reserve the right to commence recruitment proceedings prior to the stated closing date.
