Job Description We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Laboratory Assistants to join our Alexandria, NSW team on a casual basis . In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sample preparation section, where you will prepare and analyse soil, water, and air samples. NSWJobsConnect Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to: Conduct routine sample preparations for soil, water, and air analyses, including the handling of acids, solvents, and other reagents. Ensure timely completion of work, adhering to due dates. Comply with analytical methods and maintain quality management systems. Prepare standards and reagents. Perform sample analysis and accurately record data and results. Assist chemists and supervisors with various tasks, such as instrument loading and waste disposal. Adhere to all SGS QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) and HR policies and procedures.
