We are currently investing in our Services business and recruiting for an energetic and results driven Internal Sales / Customer Service Representative. This position is based in Northgate, QLD. You will be responsible for: Prepare detailed quotations, track progress of opportunities and ensure orders are followed through to delivery Provide support External Sales in the preparation Client proposals Receive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product / service information, support and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries Process sales orders and arrange the dispatch and administration of products / services sold Receive, manage or escalate customer resposes related to the sale of the company's products / services Maintain sales audit trail statistics and records to facilitate measurement of process Key Performance Indicators Provide administrative support for the production of BFQs, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other sales related documents Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following: Sales experience is preferred but not essential. Relevant tertiary / trade qualifications are desirable along with suitable industry experience and application knowledge.
