If you are looking for your next step in your customer service career while working in a growing, well-known organisation, WE WANT YOU We are on the lookout for a Customer Service professional who is looking to step into a hard-working and diverse office environment in the freight and third-party logistics industry . If successful, your role will have a lot of exposure to customers over the phone and through email alongside handling administrative tasks and data entry. What’s in it for you? Full-time hours Monday – Friday role, no weekends Hybrid working available $35 per hour super Beautiful modern office right next door to Chadstone shopping centre Free on-site parking Work with a supportive, growth-focused team About the role: Providing excellent customer service Processing customer orders Managing inbox queries Managing customer and representative calls (e.g. liaising with Supply Chain/Accounts Receivable/Warehouses ) Investigating and completing credit memos The role: At least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service environment Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal Ability to engage and empathize with customers Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and think on your feet to provide solutions Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Experience in a 3PL role is highly desirable This is a great opportunity to work in a team-focused, family-oriented organisation/environment in a full-time temporary position in Melbourne's beautiful South East - Chadstone .
