Our client offers access to the widest variety of boats across the country and prides themselves on finding the right vessel for their client. Your new role You'll be an expert in the sales process and be confidently able to convert a variety of sales leads, around these luxury products and experiences. As a Sales Consultant you will be converting sales activities throughout the organisation . You will be working in an in and outbound environment, responding to phone and email enquiries, preparing proposals and quotes for client events, assisting clients with onsite viewings - which could include Luxury Cruisers, Super Yachts, Corporate Function Boats Sailing Boats or Large Catamarans . The role of a Sales Consultant with our client requires you to be Communicative, Engaging, Proactive, sales focused and have a great energy in a fast-paced client focused environment This role is the true definition of sales through service. Some of your responsibilities include: • Responding to customer enquiries • Prospecting our existing database for repeat business • Approaching new sources of business • Participating in sales promotion campaigns • Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective opportunities • Understand industry specific landscapes and trends • Preparing and sending proposals to prospective customers • Conducting inspections of vessels to confirm suitability with the client • Negotiating and closing opportunities • Developing and retaining client relationships with both Corporate and Individual clients • Meeting targets set for each KPI Your skills and experience • Can do and client centric attitude • A burning desire to succeed • 2 years previous sales experience - open to any industry • Customer Service experience is advantageous but not essential • You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service • Strong written and verbal communication skills will be second nature to you • You are known for your attention to detail, follow up, time management and resilience If this sounds interesting, we would love to hear from you What’s on offer for you? • Generous base salary uncapped Commission • Harbourside work location with iconic Harbour views • Work with similarly minded energetic and driven colleagues in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
