Your Role: As a Casual Office All-Rounder , you will support our Clubhouse team in creating a smooth and memorable experience for our members. This role also works alongside the Civic Quarter Business Centre, providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests. Your day to day: Providing delightfully warm welcomes and guidance to our members and their guests. This includes following appropriate sign-in and etiquette procedures. Maintaining a pristine clubhouse through regular space checks. Smooth opening and closing procedures, ensuring appropriate handover and adherence to clubhouse cleanliness standards. Assisting with basic troubleshooting tasks when required (ie. assisting with AV connections within meeting spaces etc). Build rapport with members and clients of the Civic Quarter building, providing authentic and kind customer experiences. Helping to answer emails, phone calls and management of the Hub CQ inbox. Show your collaborative team spirit by assisting and supporting the Clubhouse team when required. Including helping with events. Administration Support to the Hub CQ Team. Previous reception, administration or concierge experience preferable. A genuine passion for customer service With the keenness to go above and beyond for our friendly community on members. Team first attitude, but also happy to work independently when needed. Confident answering phones, emails and messages.
