Due to unprecedented growth in QLD they are currently seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Contract Administrator to join their team. THE ROLE Working on the QLD Gatton Prison Project (50 Buildings) and Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for; Managing all cost and contractual management ensuring project costs, revenues, claims, and supplier agreements are administered Working with all parties to ensure the best possible Commercial outcome is achieved Documentation required for Claims, Variations etc Selecting and reviewing suppliers and subcontractors. Negotiating and preparing contracts. Manage, liaise and coordinate subcontractors. ABOUT YOU 4-10 Years Experience in a Contract Administrator role for large, complex projects Experience with projects across; Commercial, Prisons, Education or Hospitals desirable Experience working for a large commercial builder on similar sized projects This role will require you to work 3 days at the onsite office in Gatton QLD, and 2 days from home. They have a huge project pipeline of ongoing projects across Brisbane and Greater Brisbane on completion of this project.
