About the Role As an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing day to day supervision of Logistics activities to ensure the achievement of team targets and customer requirements of our Warehouse in Lytton, Brisbane. Your primary responsibilities will include: Manage all container movement and planning to ensure appropriate processes are followed and targets met by team members. Maintain Warehouse efficiencies by coordinating fork lift servicing on a regular basis. Ensure suppliers such as logistic carriers are delivering quality and on time service through effective stakeholder management. Carry out a hands-on approach and assist where necessary with the handling of products, coordination of transport and unloading containers. Acts as a brand ambassador in interactions with customers and logistics operators ensuring the Fisher & Paykel brand image is upheld at all times. Support on boarding of all new warehouse staff. Contribute positively to team environment and to the continuous improvement of the function. Follow all safety instructions and report all hazards and incidents in the workplace About you To excel in this role, you should possess: Previous warehouse supervisory experience and white goods handling. Demonstrated experience in managing warehouse activities. Demonstrated experience of managing relationships with logistics companies at senior levels. Good knowledge of ERP systems, such as J.D. Edwards. Intermediate level of skill in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
