As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of the company, handling a variety of customer inquiries and providing top-notch service. With a strong emphasis on top-notch customer service and providing a comprehensive expertise-driven experience to their customers, this role requires individuals with a proven track record in the financial services sector and previous call centre experience. The Duties Managing a high volume of inbound calls from existing customers with professionalism. Assisting customers with account inquiries, balance statements, and mortgage-related queries. Handle complex customer cases with tact and empathy, finding suitable resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Updating and maintaining customer information in the database with high levels of compliance. Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments for efficient resolutions. Call-backs shared across the team to follow up on complex issues. About You Prior experience in call centres, demonstrating the ability to handle high call volumes effectively. A background in the financial services space desirable, a plus if you have settlements, discharges, and variations knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Switched-on and proactive, with great attention to detail. An aptitude for understanding complex concepts and absorbing information quickly.
