The Role: Here at Healthcare Logistics (HCL) we are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our Supply Chain Customer Service team. In this role you will provide accurate and consistent customer service including processing of claims in a timely fashion to ensure that Healthcare Logistics meets its objective of providing a high quality and efficient service to our principals and internal and external customers. This is a role that will require you to be on the phones daily and involves a large amount of data entry of orders as well as ad hoc administration tasks. As such it will be your strong customer focus and planning and organisational skills as well as your high attention to detail, that will be critical to success. Key responsibilities Data entry of customer orders to set timelines; Reconciliation of customer consignment orders when required; Identifying trends and working with other parts of the business to reduce claims; Prepare and process credits for price corrections, credit and recharges; Record all complaints in the system for tracking; Work with our carriers to return product to the correct place, ensuring information is available to the inwards warehouse team. What we are looking for Previous experience working within a similar role; Experience in SAP or similar ERP; Analytical mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills; Problem solver - Able to think outside the box to resolve issues; Results focused with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
