An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Graphic Designer role to join an awesome team at allkinds. This role will be responsible for creating digital content of the highest standard, from concept through to final artwork delivery. Working closely with the Brand Directors & GM, E-Comms, Marketing, PR & Communications teams to design and deliver all digital assets for Allkinds. THE ROLE: Develop digital marketing and communications artwork across the following channels; monthly campaign/product EDMs, monthly social / e-marketing creative campaigns (Instagram & Facebook), Youtube and Tik Tok content, affiliate campaigns & instore digital screens and in centre screens Responsible for design, layout and delivery of monthly digital marketing content including typographic, image and animated solutions Monthly campaign image cropping and postproduction / re-touching Ensure all creative is consistent with brand direction, including fonts, layouts and tone of voice Work independently and in teams to design from initial concept stage through to final artwork and file delivery. Provide support and input to the continual enhancement of the website and visual identity of the brand Contribute new ideas and add to discussions ALL KINDS OF AWESOMENESS FOR OUR TEAM: Generous Staff Discounts The opportunity to establish and build your career with a new brand to the market for kids & teens (bath, body & self-care space) Supportive team culture and environment Employee Referral Program – be rewarded for referring great new people to our team THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design Willing to apply for or hold a valid ‘Working with Children Check 1 years agency or in-house design experience (ideally in retail) Demonstrated experience in producing digital content Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects, XD Proficiency using a Mac operating system Video editing capabilities desirable but not essential HMTL programming experience desirable but not essential Attention to detail, accuracy and sensitivity Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment - working on multiple projects at any given time AllKinds is a world of self-care and self-expression, just for kids and teens.
