Description Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales, aligning with overall marketing strategies and objectives. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to create compelling and targeted in-store promotions and events. Coordinate store activations, including visual merchandising, signage, displays, and in-store promotions. Manage relationships with retail partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure effective collaboration and execution of joint marketing initiatives. Analyse and report on the performance of retail marketing campaigns, including sales data, foot traffic, and customer feedback. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for offline marketing activities. Maintain brand consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all retail marketing materials and activities. Work closely with store managers and staff to communicate and align marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate online and offline marketing efforts, leveraging digital channels to drive in-store traffic. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in retail marketing, proposing innovative ideas to enhance the brand's offline presence. Profile 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or consumer-focused industry. Solid understanding of retail marketing principles and strategies. Experience in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns and in-store activations. Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, store managers, and external partners. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, track campaign performance, and draw actionable insights. Familiarity with visual merchandising, store layout optimisation, and customer journey mapping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools. Familiarity with retail industry trends and consumer behaviour in the offline space. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for retail marketing and creating memorable customer experiences.
