We’re recruiting for a leading international firm with a very relaxed approach to home working in Brisbane. We’re looking for a self-motivated lawyer to focus on construction litigation and arbitration/mediation, with additional involvement in advisory work. Responsibilities: Drafting and negotiating construction, energy & infrastructure documentation Providing advice to clients in construction disputes including adjudications Assist on matters primarily in the supreme court and arbitrations, across various jurisdictions internationally and in Australia Qualifications: If you are a qualified lawyer with approx. 2-4 PQE with a passion for construction, energy & infrastructure law, dispute resolution and international arbitration, we encourage you to apply.
