The Role The Construction Coordinator is required to provide service and support to clients and stakeholders. This role requires the successful applicant to have a good understanding of the New Home construction scheduling process, and have the ability to maintain consistent work flows for our customers. Please note this role is within the Boeing Plumbing team. Some of the responsibilities will include: Designing & Estimating material and labour on new homes Scheduling Sub-contractor, internal labour, and job material deliveries Liaise closely with key stakeholders about booking times and labour availability Work closely with the Estimators to ensure plans are designed and scheduled in a timely manner Assist with Service Department trades and appointments Respond to client queries with a sense of urgency You To be considered for the role, you must possess the following skills and experience: Plumbing trade background Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers Excellent conflict management skills Excellent time management, communication and problems solving skills Knowledge of SimPro and CBS Systems (Desirable) Why ABN?
