Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for a wide range of critical tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to: Managing WHS, Environmental & Quality Systems to ensure a safe and eco-friendly work environment. Providing strong leadership, communication, and supervision for our dedicated employees and subcontractors. Offering your expertise in scoping, tendering, and programming to meet project requirements. Ensuring the cost-effective use of resources to meet budget requirements. Planning and coordinating the allocation of work within budget category requirements; and Coordinating changes to work priorities in response to abnormal conditions, emergencies, and interactions with other groups. About you: To excel in this role, you will bring significant experience with substation and wind farm construction, a passion for leading high-performing teams and ensuring the successful delivery of environmentally conscious projects.
