We are seeking an experience CNC Operator - Programmer to join our client's workshop team. The site is in Lane Cove West industrial park. Responsibilities: Programming, tooling and troubleshooting CNC machines, Operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts, Ensuring the precision and quality of the final product, Performing regular maintenance tasks, Conducting quality checks, Ensuring the machines are running efficiently. Qualifications and experience: Relevant trade qualifications, Competent in the operation of CNC, manual lathes and milling machines, Experience on CNC lathe with live tooling, Familiar with designing and machining up Jigs and fixtures, Familiar with Haas CNC machines. (Haas TM-1P and Haas ST-20Y), Familiar with HSMworks is a plus, Ability to read & understand technical drawings, High level of mechanical aptitude and capability to deliver quality work, Attention to detail, Focus on safety, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Must have full unrestricted Australian working rights Previous knowledge of ISO 13485 and their application in medical device maintenance is a plus.
