The Opportunity As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing receptionist and some clerical support for the Department of Communities. The position is considered the "face" of Communities as there is contact with visitors who are from varying professional backgrounds, members of the public and staff. Visitors can be demanding and may present with varying emotional dispositions. The provision of high calibre customer service is expected for all visitors. Work hours Casual (relief) positions offer shifts which could range from 7.45am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with a minimum engagement of 3 hours at a time.
