About the role: The Paw Pals program focuses on building student engagement, social and emotional wellbeing and learner confidence through animal assisted educational-based activities. Our Paw Pals program, delivered by trained facilitators alongside our trained therapy dogs, offers a planned and structured student intervention with specific academic and educational goals. The purpose of this newly created role is to support the on-going growth of the Paw Pals program to provide high quality administration and marketing support to the Paw Pals Program, including direct support to the Paw Pals Program Coordinator. We have a permanent Full-time opportunity available. This position is situated within the Education and Engagement Team, located in the West Metro Region. The role is based at our Footscray office. The position will report to the Paw Pals Program Coordinator. Key Selection Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in providing marketing and communications support. Proficiency in a diverse range of administrative tasks including word processing, staff scheduling, drafting communications materials, liaising with external clients, event and training booking. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
