The purpose of this role is develop our business in the Indies & Pharmacy channel through building and leveraging group and store level relationships to drive superior business results. This role aims to drive growth in the highly strategic pharmacy channel, focusing on our Adult & Fem Care portfolio, and drive superior performance vs. state and national in the Indies channel. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: STRATEGY Taking our nationally negotiated plans and executing this on a weekly basis in independent grocery. Develop superior store & group level relationships in both Indies and Pharmacy to drive store level excellence in execution. Utilize in depth knowledge of our categories, working closely with pharmacy stores to drive distribution and subsequent growth, primarily focusing on Adult & Fem Care in Pharmacy. FINANCIAL Achieve financial metrics within budgeted trade investment spend working with National Customer Teams to develop tailored customer plans. Deliver exceptional results and RSV growth ahead of national, state and category in your designated territory. Achieve market share targets as agreed with National Customer Team & Field Leadership team. Build Superior Group relationships that translate into store level compliance and superior financial outcomes. Closely analyze your territory data to identify and action against store level opportunities, as well as identify business development growth opportunities. CUSTOMER / CONSUMER Build trust with group managers through a regular impactful contact strategy that translates into store level wins. Ensure we are delivering against our brand promise with our brand executions. Educate and develop your stores & groups knowledge of our categories, through insight-based selling, to deliver best in class results. Be a subject matter expert on our categories, especially our Adult & Fem Care sector to enable best in class selling to Pharmacy stores. PEOPLE Ensure own behaviors are consistent with our One K-C Behaviors. 100% Completion of Performance Plans and Focused Development Plans, ensuring they are reviewed regularly with your manager and commitments agreed. Make an active contribution to the team environment, through sharing knowledge and collaborating with others to build an engaged workplace. Share your wins and your challenges with your support network, through leveraging Yammer and other systems KCA utilizes.
