Position Overview The Business Systems Junior Administrator is responsible for providing user and technical support and advice to the business for the EOS-DS PLM systems. This role requires an understanding of the business systems, processes and procedures and how this interface across the organisation. This role is designed to support the use, development and upgrade of ARAS PLM. Primary Duties: Provide level 1 and level 2 support directly to users of the PLM system; Create, manage and maintain the PLM support knowledge base; Create, manage and maintain any supporting user system documentation for ARAS Innovator PLM, including video training and procedural documentation; Create, manage, maintain and deliver a user training plan for the Aras Innovator PLM system; Assistance in development of test plans and test cases, functional testing, issue resolution and user acceptance testing for ARAS Innovator PLM; Work with other disciplines to ensure cohesive and complete system requirements are met; Assist in undertaking business analyses in support of product development activities for ARAS Innovator PLM; Provide input into the expansion of the PLM system within the organisation; Assist in the development of solutions within the PLM system. Desirable Attributes Experience in coding in one or more of the following: Javascript C# CSS Experience in Product Lifecylcle Management (PLM) Software Experience with Microsoft Office Software Experience Minimum 1 - 5 years in similar role. Level 1 and 2 ICT help desk support highly regarded. Exposure to business analysis processes and activities. Good understanding of enterprise system testing and support. Experience in Defence sector desirable.
