This role can be based in either our Brisbane or Sydney offices, with hybrid work options available. In this fast-paced, varied role, you’ll undertake a range of administrative tasks to support our team, including: General administrative duties, such as electronic filing, scanning, archiving and document preparation Database and system management – complete data entry and ensure that records are up to date Diary management, organisation of meetings, meeting room bookings and coordination of travel Preparation of correspondence and other documentation using technologies such as Adobe Reader Support with specific business development and marketing activities and events as required SOUND LIKE YOU? This role will suit an individual from an administration background, who is able to effectively use multiple systems and technology. You will be comfortable using different methods of online and offline communication, including liaising with staff based in other Grant Thornton offices across Australia. As an internal client-facing role, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are absolutely essential, as are a strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters. A high level of initiative and the ability to anticipate the needs of your stakeholders before and as they arise is another valuable skill that you will develop and utilise. Required At least 6 to 12 months’ experience in an office administration role Solid organisation, timekeeping and prioritisation skills Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word Desirable University or TAFE qualifications in Business or Administration Experience using Salesforce, Concur, iManage and / or Xero (or similar systems) would be advantageous If you’re interested in this role but don’t feel that you match every single one of our requirements, we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.
