Partner with the best Reporting to the Director Sales ANP, you will take ownership for the account and represent Baker Hughes contributing with innovative insights that drive new and existing sales opportunities. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will develop vision on the level of a product line with a long-term perspective. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing and execute customer strategic account growth plan in line with the business strategy and product roadmap to ensure revenue growth, account penetration and customer satisfaction of the assigned accounts. Understanding of complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and of the environment where the products or systems will be used. Managing key relationships and supporting Baker Hughes product companies to develop and win business with customer. Playing a leading role in developing Energy Transition opportunities with customer. Leading and coordinating the sales process within the matrix organization Developing opportunities through the sales process and participate in prospecting opportunities to result in a managed funnel. Managing complex long-term sales processes and contracts involving pricing and conditions of sales, rent, operation and maintenance. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field with a customer facing role. Have experience in developing sales strategy and proactively growing business. Demonstrate equivalent knowledge and professional experience. Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
