Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and setting direction for Electrical and Signals & Comms engineering practice. Duties: Provide leadership to the Electrical, and Signals & Comms engineers in the business and set direction for Electrical, and Signals & Comms engineering practice Manage the Roy Hill electrical network model and manage change to the network including protection schemes. Provide Electrical, and Signals & Comms engineering support to Port, Rail, Process Plant and Mine Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Roy Hill plant, equipment and current process constraints to identify and define opportunities to improve Roy Hill's safety, productivity and cost base. Providing input into Asset Management Activities and Strategies for Complex and High-Risk Assets as defined. Statutory Inspections management for Asset Integrity. Provide technical standards and engineering technical support to operations to deliver the plan Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or Equivalent) or relevant industry experience Experience in asset management and maintenance/operations The ability to anticipate and manage issues; bringing authority and influence to the team; and being able to leverage lessons learned from past experiences.
