Other key duties will include but not limited too: Establish yourself as an industry client solution partner Drive revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets on a monthly and annual basis Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders Spend time in the field by conducting customer site visits that strengthen business relationships To be successful in the role you will need the following: Previous experience, ideally 2 years, in a similar position with a successful track record for achieving results through influence and negotiation Experience within the Hire industry or another industry similar is highly advantageous Proven ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisation Strong commercial acumen Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to persuade, negotiate and resolve conflict The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively meet deadlines and successfully prioritise work Experience building strong sales teams through leadership, coaching and mentoring driving sales Current and valid Driver's License Hours of work: 7.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday Click APPLY now and dont miss out on this amazing opportunity.
