The successful candidate will be keen to learn new skills and able to handle a large volume of work. A proactive and organised work style along with strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential for role success. On-site experience in a civil or mining environment is highly desirable.This role will operate on 7/7-day shift only roster, with camp accommodation supplied. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.Key rolePerform periodic data quality reviews for internal and external data.Establish and maintain up to date document control.Support the accurate & timely entering of both maintenance & safety data into Golding and client systems as required from time to time.Maintain HR related data and support team with onboarding of new personnel where required.Process and upload payroll hours into SAP in accordance with payroll requirements.Maintain crew and staff leave rosters in accordance with project requirements.Administer the accommodation and camp bookings processes as required for the project.Processing of invoices, timesheets and production reports.Purchasing day to day requirements including requisitions, purchase orders and goods receipt.Actively support site in safety, QA and environmental objectives. Archive site files in accordance with the project requirements. Key role capabilities: Demonstrated efficient computer and administration skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced working environment.Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with limited direction to manage multiple conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, exercise professional judgement in a constructive manner and deliver high quality results within required timeframes in a complex, sometimes ambiguous and dynamic environment.Previous experience with SAP will be highly regarded, however not essential.High level of written and verbal communication skills.Previous mining or civil industry experience will be highly regarded.Please apply online belowGolding is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage applications that contribute to our diverse workplace.
