About this role Lead I-MED's National Contact Centre's facilities and administration function, providing support to the NCC leadership team ensuring our 4 National Contact Centres are properly and effectively administered. Reporting to the National Contact Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day facilities coordination of the Victorian Contact Centre. This is a full-time permanent position based in Mount Waverley. Your new role Supporting with NCC onboarding of new staff, ensuring workspaces are prepared and security passes have been arranged Liaise with all vendors and supplies for the Contact Centre Work with the National Contact Centre Manager and NCC Leadership team to provide administrative support including travel and accommodation bookings Responsible for all office stationery supplies, kitchen and consumable goods Coordination of all equipment maintenance and ensuring NCC facilities are WHS compliant What you can bring Previous experience in a facilities coordination role or a similar position Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organisation Strong customer service and relationships management ability Exceptional time management and organisation skills You can handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality You will have a proactive and intuitive nature, a keen eye for detail and genuine enthusiasm to support colleagues and maintain the office to a high standard Who we are Do something that matters I-MED is Australia's largest, privately owned radiology network.
