Due to the company's rapid growth, they are on the lookout for multiple customer centric consultants to join their support team, starting on the 15th November THE ROLE: Responding to both phone and email enquiries from their premium customers and retail partners you will act as the heartbeat of the organisation Initially you will be joining the support team and will be the first point of contact for customers calling for assistance and advice on their premium products. Calls will range from general enquiries to those that can be a little more technical. This role provides a clear progression plan into the resolutions team where you will be taking a variety of calls more complex in nature that sometimes require more of a case management approach with multiple interactions through to resolution. ABOUT YOU: - Professional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships and rapport quickly - Strong background in delivering exceptional customer service - Attention to detail - Experience juggling deadlines with the ability to prioritise tasks - Strong PC skills, ability to type quickly and pick up new systems with ease - Willingness to learn and a genuine desire to help people To be successful in this role you must be available to start on the 15th November and be available to work 37.5 hours over a 6 day rotating roster. The centre operates Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm where you will work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks If successful in being promoted into the resolutions team your hours will change to a rotation roster of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday only.
