We are currently seeking a Transport Administration Officer to join our Hazelmere team. This position will be reporting to the Transport Superintendent and will provide administrative support in the day-to-day transport activities, assist in coordinating the safe and timely transportation of goods in accordance with industry regulations and company policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing transportation paperwork including manifesting consignments. Liaise with transport and warehouse staff, customers and suppliers on a daily basis. Ensure all information is completed accurately and recorded in our internal systems. Manage freight bookings as well as tracking and reporting order delivery status. Handling customer queries and escalate to management as necessary. Complying to transportation regulations and company policies. Key Requirements; At least 2 years administrative experience in transportation service operations in a similar industry. Competency in transportation management or logistics software. Experience in processing transport documents, bookings, and payments. Sound knowledge of transportation industry regulations. Effective problem-solving and analytical skills. Be able to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
