About the Role Boral are currently looking for permanent Concrete Agitator Driver to join the team at our Milton, NSW Plant. The focus will be loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites and maintaining the safe operation of agitator trucks. The nature of the work requires flexibility to work Monday to Saturday. The role will also offer the opportunity for cross training in batching and plant operations. Key Duties Conducting daily pre-checks on the vehicle Managing slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete Completing basic documentation for the collection and delivery of the concrete Communicating with allocators and customers Providing feedback to the batch plant & business regarding project/customer experience Yard duties including yard maintenance and loading of stock deliveries Operating the vehicle in a safe manner & comply with safety policies, relevant legislation and have a strong safety awareness Skills and Experience Current HR drivers' licence with relevant heavy vehicle driving experience Strong commitment to safety and the environment Proven ability to work within a team and provide great customer service Be reliable with a professional and courteous manner Interest in the concrete or construction industry will be highly regarded with full training provided What’s on Offer?
